FedFiber®FDM500 is one macro Structural Synthetic fiber, used for structural concrete reinforcement. As macro structural synthetic fiber ,it has waved shape ,which make the fiber can bond with the concrete together tightly ,and improve the cracking resistance of concrete .FDM500 made by raw polypropylene blend with polyethylene,so it has perfect alkali resistance ,corrosion resistance,durability. Some times , the fiber can replace the steel fiber or steel bar completely in special concrete projects, like concrete floor, slab,airway etc.

Application 
 

FDM500 Macro Structural Synthetic Fiber is often used in structural concrete, slabs, reinforced flooring, shotcrete, etc
Highway pavement, bridge deck, airport pavement, apron, dock yard pavement, concrete face rockfill dam panels, industrial building floors, warehouse floors, etc. are used to improve the crack resistance, flexural strength, flexural toughness, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, etc. of these panel structures.
