FD100 Polypropylene Fibrillated Fibers

FD100 Polypropylene Fibrillated Fibers

Details

FedFiber®FD100 is one type of Polypropylene fibrillated fibers made through special processes from raw polypropylene. Its appearance is a network structure formed by the interconnection of multiple single fibers. When the fibers are inserted into concrete, they are squeezed and torn apart into single fibers with hooks at both ends, which are interlocked and distributed in multiple directions, enhancing the adhesion between the fibers and concrete. A large amount of fibers are distributed in a three-dimensional manner in concrete, providing a mesh like support effect, fundamentally changing the crack resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and wear resistance of concrete, greatly improving its toughness and deformation ability, and thus greatly improving the quality of concrete engineering.
